Refund and Return Policy – Fashion World

At Fashion World, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Lingerie, swimwear, or undergarments (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at evdlubbe2@icloud.com


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it arrived damaged or wrong.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


❗ Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank.
