To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags still attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Lingerie, swimwear, or undergarments (due to hygiene reasons)

Customized or personalized items
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at evdlubbe2@icloud.com
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
🚚 Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it arrived damaged or wrong.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
